Guanming Fang Ray

Guanming Fang Ray is an accomplished business attorney with 25 years of experience.  She is currently the Deputy General Counsel at Priority Technology Holdings, Inc., a leading payments and banking solutions and services provider in the U.S., where she manages the legal matters relating to the company’s B2B payables business and banking and treasury solutions.  Prior to joining corporate legal departments, Guanming practiced law at major law firms for over 16 years, advising companies of all sizes in their mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, private equity financing, technology licensing and other transactions.  Guanming received her B.A. from Zhongshan University in Guangzhou, China; and her J.D. (magna cum laude, Order of the Coif) from Florida State University College of Law. Guanming has always been active in the community and has served on numerous non-profit organization boards.
