The Center’s Annual Lecture was held on Thursday, October 30th, 2014, at Agnes Scott College.
Dr. Barlow’s lecture was also the keynote speech for the Oct. 30-Nov. 1, 2014 program: “China: Tradition and Transformation: A Joint Conference of Agnes Scott College & Emory University.
Dr. Barlow is T.T. and W.F. Chao Professor of Asian Studies at Rice University.
