Presention by Dr. Thomas Stelson, Executive Vice President and Professor Emeritus, Georgia Institute of Technology. Dr. Stelson served as Pro Vice Chancellor for Research and Development at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology from 1991 to 1994. He is now President of the Hong Kong Association of Atlanta.
