Documenting Wuhan: Q&A with Filmmaker Wu Hao

Join us for a virtual screening and Q&A with filmmaker Wu Hao, co-director of the critically acclaimed documentary 76 Days (2020). The film follows patients and medical professionals as they combat the spread of Covid-19 in Wuhan, China.

Upon RSVP, you will receive a BlueJeans link to joining the virtual discussion and a private link to watching the film at your leisure from February 1 to February 5. You will have 48 hours to finish once you start watching.

The virtual discussion features an interdisciplinary panel with Michael Elliott (School of City and Regional Planning, Public Policy), Amanda Weiss (Film Studies in China and Japan), and Lu Liu (Visual Cultures in Modern and Contemporary China).

This event is organized by the School of Modern Languages and co-sponsored by Atlanta Global Studies Center, Office of the Vice-Provost for International Initiatives, Serve-Learn-Sustain, and the China Research Center at Georgia Tech.
