As Commissioner, Mr. Leung directs the Hong Kong Government’s efforts in promoting U.S.-Hong Kong economic and trade ties, and constituency-building activities in the United States. He also oversees the work of the three Hong Kong Economic and Trade Offices in Washington, D.C., New York and San Francisco.
