Guanming Fang Ray is an accomplished business attorney with over 20 years of experience. She is currently the Vice President and General Counsel of WePartner Management, LLC, a fast-growing integrated real estate company. Guanming is responsible for all legal and compliance matters of the Company. She also works closely with other members of the Executive Team on strategic matters of the company. Prior to joining WePartner, Guanming was Vice President Corporate Counsel at Worldpay US, Inc., one of the largest payment processing companies in the world. Prior to joining Worldpay, Guanming spent 16 years working at major law firms advising companies of all sizes on corporate compliance matters, mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, private equity financing, technology licensing, and other transactions. Guanming received her B.A. from Zhongshan (Sun Yat-Sen) University in Guangzhou, China, and her J.D. (magna cum laude, Order of the Coif) from Florida State University College of Law. Guanming has served on numerous boards of non-profit organizations and has won numerous awards, including being named one of the “Georgia Rising Stars” by Atlanta Magazine in 2005 and one of the “25 Most Influential Asian Americans in Georgia” by Georgia Asian Times in 2012.
