Dr. Thomas Rotnem is Associate Director of the School of Government and International Affairs and Professor of Political Science at Kennesaw State University. Dr. Rotnem teaches courses on Russian domestic and foreign policy, Arctic politics, and comparative politics. His research over the last decade or more focuses on the intersection among Russian domestic and foreign politics, Arctic policy, and environmental and resource politics.
